In the frame of the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), the European Commission has identified a tentative list of category products to be targeted with priority, including non-ferrous metals as intermediates.

The importance of risk based approach vs hazard
The need to avoid a 'one-size' fits all approach
The importance of support industry
